We almost can’t believe that we won the A-List Award for Best Tree Care Company in St. Louis Magazine’s A-List Awards this year. G&G Lawn & Tree won it in 2020 during the height of the pandemic and this year we were surprised to learn that we won the award again; two years in a row!
Our team feels immense gratitude for those who nominated us, and voted for us this year. We have such an amazing business community here in St. Louis.

We’ll be celebrating our new A-List Award all month long, as G&G Lawn & Tree Care owners Roy & Lori Goebel prepare to celebrate their daughter’s upcoming wedding. 2021 is becoming one of the best years yet for our Imperial, MO business. Congratulations are in order for all of the other folks who won, were finalists, or voted for their favorite small businesses this year, thanks to St. Louis Magazine.
The A-List Awards are special to us, because we have worked on tree care projects all across the St. Louis area since 1993. St. Louis Magazine has always promoted hard-working St. Louis-owned businesses, and for that we are thankful. It’s not easy to run a small business; especially a family-ran company. We appreciate the opportunity to celebrate our success among our #smallbiz peers in Missouri, Illinois and beyond!
Last year one of the biggest things that motivated our team was the A-List Award we won in 2020. During the pandemic it was challenging to stay positive. Our award win was a major bright spot in an otherwise difficult year for everyone including our tree care team. To win again this year brings a HUGE smile to our faces! We couldn’t have won without the support of people who voted. The category was Home & Garden, where we won Best Tree Services.
We have endless gratitude for everyone who took time out of their busy day to support not just G&G Lawn & Tree, but all of the other amazing businesses nominated this year. It takes a team of supporters, friends, and family to make a small business successful, and we are happy to have that in the community that surrounds us.
